Hi

I have finally plucked up the courage and send a post. I was diagnosed with Aspergers in 2013 and i was pretty happy about it. I suffer with anxiety issues and even scared of talking to people online. I have also joined a social anxiety group which i will be going tomorrow for coffee. I am scared of meeting new people but i thought if i want to practice my social skills then i have to throw myself into it. But now i feel i might cancel on them.
