As instructed, I believe this is the place whereby I announce my introductory message to the group.

As to me, I'm British (English), born in Germany, but reside in SW UK (politics are hard).

My diagnoses are varied, but include depression, Asperger's, anxiety and stress.

My interests include seafaring, sailing and computers and programming.
