Hello everybody,
Please let introduce myself & the reason I am here.
I am a 29 years old Egyptian who had an ordinary life with lots of ups & downs like many people, I used to think that I am unbreakable and will never fall a victim to depression or any other similar disorder & I think I have finally proven wrong.
I am visiting a psychiatrist as I am trying to figure out what's wrong with me & till now she (the psychiatrist) still insist that there is nothing serious, but the problem is that I do not feel so. 
I found this forum & thought it might be a good idea to share my experience with the members here because in the country I live & work in, act with any people like me (who are suffering from any psychological disorder) in a very cruel, stupid & barbarian way, they might end my visa and ask to return back to my country 
so you can imagine the terrible conditions I am living in.
