My daughter's boyfriend has been here all day, which I hadn't expected and it's muddled me up. Thus, I have spent the day in my bedroom, not knowing what to do with myself and passing time here on Wrong Planet. After many hours I feel it is safe to say hello and introduce myself. I am a full-time housewife and mother. I was recently diagnosed with ASD, but am also a mother and a daughter of people with ASD.

Hi Cheryl nice to meet you! So you have ASD and have kids with it as well, did I read that right?

Hi, Yes, the psychologists the doctor sent me to use the term Autistic Spectrum Condition, but they said I basically have Asperger's. I have two kids. My son has Asperger's and my daughter is pretty much NT but does suffer mildly with Social Anxiety. Oh, nice to meet you too.
