It's a hell I believe most people here have visited, and returned from a few times before.

Hang in there. That hell is only temporary, and it serves as proof of how strong you are.

We're with you.
Yesterday was Hell for me too. Today, for no apparent reason, I feel quite chipper. There is hope.

On a more serious note, don't suffer alone. Get help, you can do it.
