Well this is embarrassing. For the life of me, I can't remember my password and the email associated with my old account is long dead and gone. So apparently I'm starting a new account.

My previous handle was "Sophist" and I've been around WP and the autism online community since 2005. I've learned a lot from these communities, which I now daily apply in my work.

I'm a scientist (although I wasn't when I started here) and I study autism and neurodevelopment. Mostly genetics, but a little of everything, including postmortem.

So anywho, just wandering in to say "howdy" again. Probably most of the active members won't even know who I am, WP has changed so much. Even the old look has finally gone to its grave.
