Hello,

I'm new to this forum and wanted to say hello. I'm 29 years old, I have Asperger's and I only just found out. I'm still working out what that actually means but I've found some of the posts on this forum really useful.

Thanks everyone!

My interests include: art, industrial design, UX, colouring in, writing and LEGO. Kind of a cat lady too.

Colouring in is definitely an obsession - can't get enough of it but it makes me happy I've been dealing with depression on and off since I was 15 (half my life) and I've been anxious for as long as I can remember. Colouring in always calms me down.

i have an affectionate cat. my husband and i just bought coloring books and pencils. we want to try it in lieu of meditation. something to do every night to relax before bed.

I'm a designer and most of my writing relates to my field. So, technical writing mostly. That's a really good idea cathlynn, I colour in every night and it really helps
