Diagnosed with Aspergers in my 20's.
I'm going through a rather rough patch in my life. I'm unemployed, trying to get disability for a debilitating illness, and having to take care of my mother who has Multiple Sclerosis. It's all really trying. I would love to be able to go to work or go to school, but I just can't. Even if I wasn't so ill, my mother needs 24 hour care. So I'm rather stuck.
I live in Arizona, so it's pretty hot most of the time and I can't stand it.
I have a boyfriend, but no friends other than that. I'm trying to change that by reaching out on places like this, since I have a lot of difficulty in social situations and face-to-face communication.
I also have a history of mental illness, so I can relate to some people who are depressed or bipolar or suicidal. I know what that's like.
