Hi there - very happy to join this group, and very happy to finally understand myself as an Aspie. Been reading a lot, and reading about Asperger's was like reading a road map of who I am and how I feel. It's been great in that respect. Looking forward to joining this community and seeing what it's like to communicate with like minded people! Thanks

Hey there - I've been reading a bunch too. I actually started with "Neurotribes..." (I can't remember the rest of the title), but it's a great nonfiction piece on the history of autism and Asperger's, and includes history/philosophy of science. I then moved to "I think I might be autistic" (pretty good), and now I'm reading "Been there... done that... try this" and also delving a bit into "the journal of best practices" and the "complete guide to autism". I'll have to check out look me in the eye - thanks. All of the info has been really helpful for me figuring out where I fit in. How about you?
