Hello - I'm not really "mended" as I was not broken. It was the fifth word on the fifth line of the page in the book I'm reading. "Ginny, whose ankle had been mended in a trice by Madam Pomfrey"...

I enjoy forums but have always been an outsider. I hope this forum will be more accepting of me. I don't mean to offend people but often do. I'm down the deep end of the rainbow.

I am technical and sciency. I make a living in two separate self-employed businesses which are both technical and yet unrelated. I have no friends other than the people I see in my employment. I have grown up children who work in highly technical fields. I'm female.

The Order of the Phoenix.
My third time reading the whole set. I'm trying to become more fluent in the tiny details so I can connect better with my mother (nearly 80) who has read the whole series 8 times and now talks in riddles.
