Comedy Central is a network that has gone way downhill since Viacom bought it out. I don't remember the title of Comedy Central's last original show, but I heard it was pretty bad.

No...because he was replaced by Philippe Dauman almost a year ago. Doug Herzog is in charge of Comedy Central (and Spike), so he's the guy you'll want to blame for their programming.
