i am an 18 yr old male

i dropped out of school due to my anxiety (couldnt even enter classrooms)

i cant tell if i like house pets or not, they always follow me and the noises of their claws are annoying. i tell them to leave me alone but end up feeling ashamed because they would get frightened, so i pet them.
our sanctuary resides downstairs because of the carpets.

i love composing despite its torture & i spend all the hours of my night trying to have fun with it. since it is the only time the rest of my world sleeps

i fear i might exit my comfort zone soon so i shall conclude my introduction. thanks

I can understand the problems dog or cat claws can make on wooden or other surfaces and am glad you love animals otherwise as long as you don't have to hear their claws.

No joke but have you heard of kitten mittens? Not trying to be funny but practical - little boots for pets which would solve the clatter noisy problem? Anyway, enjoyed your post, sad to hear things are anxious for you now, I can relate. Keep up with the creative stuff though, it's hugely important to express yourself like this (as cheesy as that sounds) especially if you're like me and struggle to express yourself properly in the world.
