Hi! I am a diagnosed Aspie and am new to this site. I live in Virginia in the country with my husband and work as a Special Education teacher in a middle school. I love dogs, have five adopted and found of various mixed breeds, and like to read a lot, always carrying my Kindle with me with a crazy amount of books downloaded. I struggle with all the usual things Aspies struggle with, especially the social cues and small talk, which is a nightmare around teachers at my job, although you would think not. I am also an information junkie and my favorite site is Pinterest, minus all the arts and crafts stuff. I have my masters in teaching and have also taken a few classes towards a higher degree before I got bored with it all. I am not sure what else to say so I guess that is about it for now.

Mostly sci fi books, some paranormal. Seems to hold my attention the longest. I am always up for some suggestions. What type do you like?
