HI All

As the title says im new here but not new to autism. I have been an adult diagnosis in the UK but known/suspected for a long time with lots of missed opportunities in childhood due to parents/stigma (although Such is Life, so have no hangups about it).
I have done the post diagnosis binge research and taken a few years to genuinely take it all in (i can almost to the day pinpoint the 5 stages of grief).
I guess im here like a little caterpiller emerging from its cocoon, hoping for both support as well as interacting with like minded individuals aswell as maybe helping others (no doubt folly or vanity)

MJH
