Hi sebbs!

Out of interest, what kind of music do you make?
I compose experimental electronic music and I also write modernist classical music.

I like psychology and reading on how indigenous people lived, too.

As far as ethno-botany goes, I know what botany is, and I think I know the prefix ethn...is ethno-botany the study of how indigenous people used herbs, as food and medicine? Or am I completely off-base?

well i compose experimental electronic music aswell, i build modular synthesizers, i hardly ever use "softsynths" i like the freedom of wiring everything myself.
and i love classical instruments like grand pianos, violins, cellos etc.

so its a mix of classical music vs electronica.

no ethno-botany is the study of how indigenous people used herbs and plants. you are completely on track.
