Just here to say hi, yesterday I finally got diagnosed and everything made sense for me. I’m relieved and a bit scared but well, we’ll see.

Can call me Luis, or Tomate like in college. I’m 30 years old and I’m from Spain so my English might be wrong sometimes. Sorry for that.

Now that I have my diagnosis, I need to
go to a psychiatrist because of my depression, and also I’ve been recommended to start a psychological treatment or however is called... My life starts now at 30, and now I have to tell my family.... how to do that?

Welcome to Wrong Planet. My experience in learning I was an aspie was amazement because suddenly all the weird stuff in my life made sense.
