Hi to everyone.
Three months ago I figured out I must be autistic. The revelation was like getting glasses for the first time. Suddenly I could see everything more clearly and things made sense. I'm not pursuing a diagnosis because there aren't services for adults where I live and I've survived this far without.
It's like G.I. Joe where knowing is half the battle.

Welcome to WP! I agree that the main value in diagnosis is being self-aware. Glad that you were able to achieve that!

I like your avatar, that's one of my favorite figures 8)

(I originally posted this in the Motion Sickness thread, but I think it would be a little less off-topic over here)

...but girls aren't supposed to like GI Joes! :oops:

I also really liked Jinx and Lady Jaye (both 1984 I think?), but I ended up losing both of them >_<

Also Chuckles (though I had to replace his legs), and Tomax and Xamot. The 3/4 figures were a special interest of mine for forever...they were basically the only toys I would ever play with as a child.

I do have two of the '90s 12" figures, though. Storm Shadow and Cobra Commander.

@SabbraCadabra
I admit it, I miss my GI Joe action figures. I had them up until I moved overseas. Flint was my favorite and his joints just weren't what they used to be. But I also wore out poor Airborne and Gung-Ho. I liked Lady Jaye and Scarlett, too.
