Brought up in UK but now live in Tasmania. Recently diagnosed and makes so much sense now. Great relief in some ways but still find the overload and depression hard to beat. When I am good I am fine but doesn't take much to tip me. Hoping that this forum may help. Bit nervous about being here.

Thanks...nice to meet you too... My school motto was 'Ad Adstra' - 'To the Stars' . They are actually the names of 2 of my woolly dogs... Astro was named in honour of a DJ who was a bit naughty and headbutted an ex prime minister, Tony Abbott. I think he is Australia's least popular PM ever. If I could work out how to put a picture up I would.

Raleigh....I went to a girls school! OK...tried the imgur site, let's see if this works. Not the best pic, but black/grey dogs hard to get a good photo of. Astro is the small one in the background and is a boy...Echo looks like she should be on the Muppets http://www.imgurupload.com/image/lIPui
