Because no one else can know for sure how someone else's brain feels for them, I am only guessing based from my own experiences, also of what my son talks about, he also has AS.
It sounds like anxiety and/or stress. Anxiety is a strange thing it can make someone feel all kinds of odd ways. Just research about anxiety. Also, just to be sure your not actually having a physical problem with your brain you might want to describe the issue to your medical doctor just to be sure it's not a migraine or something worse.
