Hi.

I've just joined this forum and wanted to say Hi to you all .

I am fortunate to be able to work part time from home, (graphic design & writing) so I hide out in the sanctuary and quietude of my office, getting dragged out for walkies twice a day by my two boisterous Doodles They keep me - in a small way - socially active, and in a large way, relatively fit and reasonably sane. Without them, I would permanently hide from the world.

Two sessions of dog-walking social interaction are more than enough for me - although I still find myself hiding from people rather than embracing them as my (too friendly) dogs 'force' me to 'play nice' with people .

I am sure I will enjoy my time here

I'm new to the Wrong Planet too. I made a reply on a job forum earlier. I didn't know I was autistic until I was 18. I love animation and film, hope to work at Dreamworks or Disney someday. Or work at a studio abroad.

Ha, yes, it's so blooming hard to be a recluse these days, especially with the world's two friendliest doodles welcoming everyone and everything in sight. Secretly, I am glad - as they keep me 'in touch' and are great topics of conversation meaning I have to say or think too much . Just smile and nod.....

Oh yes, they knew what the woof, woof bark woof meant - thank you, and they say woof back.
