You must be brave to live in London.

I'm actually living in Surrey(thankfully!) Must fix that ... I'm definitely NOT that brave !

One of my neighbours lives in Surrey somewhere. To me Surry is London? Haha. Well. Everywhere around there looks like London to me when I look at the map.
Neighbours lives in Surry? Umm. Well. They are a rather largw family with many offspring who tke it in turns to live in their other house which is near me.
I live in a place called Wales. I know that as the few times I have been out of Wales and come back, there is a sign which says "Welcome To Wales".

MG - I love Wales! Took some pretty grey photos of it when I was there a few years back, but loved it all the same. I live in a pretty village, opposite an ancient woodland, so pretty happy here.

All picures of wales are grey.

Grey... Is North Wales. Has ragged grey spectacular mountains.
Mid Wales. Rounded green mountains and sheep.
South Wales. Very green. A mix of mountains, flat and various... East is very populated. West is not. I live on a hill near the sea.

BDavro - I live next door to someone from Scotland(so hard to understand that accent!) So, why do you dislike Surrey so much? Is this one of those northern V southern things?

Have you ever been to Surrey? It’s got great weather(best of the UK, apart from maybe Cornwall and the Isle of Wight), with their micro climate. It’s incredibly green(filled with areas of “Outstanding Beauty”. Even as an Aussie, who loved the beaches, I can’t believe anyone who’s actually experienced life here, could actually hate it. Not possible...
