Hi! I'm new here 
For the past 2 or so years I have been suspicious of whether or not I may have Asperger's. I've been reading up a lot on it and feel pretty convinced though I am not in a good place now to get an official diagnosis (spending a year abroad teaching and the medical system in a new country is hard to navigate in just one year). So I want to talk to others about what I think and feel.
I am proud to say that I am Latina! From Cuban/Colombian background, mixed race and have had many hurdles to jump due to my identities. Regardless of what obstacles I may have to get through, I feel pretty good about being me. Though I still struggle a lot with life sometimes.
It's nice to find somewhere where I can talk!
