Hi everybody. I just joined this community. I’m 27 and was diagnosed with Aspergers almost a decade ago. Most of the people I know IRL are neurotypical but I’ve been wanting to find some like-minded individuals, so I thought I would check out this site.

Welcome to WP, imo the best forums for new people to get a feel of the place are the general discussions, random, games sub forums. I would advise steering clear of the political and news topics unless you are ready for rough and tumble discussions!

This is a good place to ease off the struggles of the day by conversing & gaming with like minds: and the help/support forums can be quite good too

That’s good advice from Amity: the debate threads can see outside-the-rules feistiness on occasion: best to leave off posting there until you’ve got a handle on who the regular users are, where they’re coming from and how their humour works :wink:
