As I suspect a lot can relate to, knowing what I want to say here is a mystery. Like either it'd be the longest introduction ever or barely says a thing about me and I prefer the latter option. I've had a screening assessment, involving things like the AQ50 test (think 37) and been told ASD is highly likely (Aspie likely from my own reading) but the wait for anything more is to be years. Rather typical of my experiences of support or help in general, it's a myth outside of family and naturally there are just some things they can't help with.
I'm aware I need to attempt different things or approaches and attempting to get to know anyone who might be similar is something I want to try to do but haven't any idea how I'll actually do that. Other than being here is an attempt, but my instinct is to lurk more than post. I'm a physics graduate but that doesn't seem valued at all when combined with possible ASD/Aspergers, though when I see the incompetence in society, governments, etc it's becoming less surprising that it's like that. My main time wasting hobby or just pure escapism is through PC games, Final Fantasy XIV, Path of Exile and Borderlands 3 are the current choices.
