Hi everyone. 55yrs in & finally figured out over the last few days I'm almost certainly an Aspie. I've had suspicions before but finally found the (well known) tests & reading a lot of what others have to say I have few doubts left. Basket case ? Yup! Lost my wife just before Christmas (to MS/pneumonia, 21yrs married 26 together), then this Hoha of a virus, realising I'm Aspie - I'm a mess.

Sorry that's a pretty crappy introduction. I actually joined just to try & iron out the last few niggles about my self diagnosis, before working out what, if anything, I might want to do about disclosure or getting it formalised. Clearly that other stuff need to get out. I think I'd better stop now as I'm feeling the signs of rambling setting in.

Welcome

Sorry to hear of your loss

As regards helping to make sense of your possible ASD then you should find this place helpful in a number of ways. I know I have.
