Hi all been looking this site for while now just joined diagnosed with asd in my late 30s still getting use to it after long thinking just anxiety attacks.

Hi! I'm new too.

Were you relieved when you got your diagnosis of ASD? And, if you don't mind telling about it, do you still have anxiety attacks, or are they actually all and only ASD symptoms instead? I hope that makes sense.

I was diagnosed at age 64 so my experience was different. 64 years of wondering what-the-heck was wrong with the world, and then finally finding out.

was relief after diagnosis knowing what causing symptoms with noise and crowds trying find some way to cope with them trying citalopram had lot strange effects and wellbeing therapy
