Hello everyone -
Self-diagnosed less than a year ago, at age 68. Much relieved to find the answer to a 24/7/all-my-life mystery. I'm very friendly but sometimes forget my housetraining. Looking for accepting home in interesting neighborhood.

Welcome to WP! I hope you decide this is a nice neighborhood.

I was diagnosed when I was 64. It explained so much! I insisted we buy champagne on the way home from getting the diagnosis at the Psychologist's office (and I got more when the written evaluation arrived in the mail).

Belly laugh! I too was greatly relieved. How can one massive *sigh* shrug off a lifetime of unanswered questions? I should have gone for the Dom.

welcome to the group! I got diagnosis at 3 days before my 68th birthday. One of the best things about being diagnosed is that we find we are not alone, but that others understand and have had similar experiences. You have a home here.
