A Mantra (Be careful, this is kinda like climbing up a tree and sawing off limbs.)

I am not this body.
I am not this mind,
Or these thoughts & feelings.
I am not this job,
Or these social relationships.
I am not these behaviors,
Or words or gestures.
These things are not who I am.

Shariputra, all things are marked by emptiness -
not born, not destroyed,
not stained, not pure,
without gain, without loss.
Therefore in emptiness there is no form, no sensation, thought, impulse, consciousness.
No eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, mind.
No color, sound, smell, taste, touch, object of thought.
No realm of sight to no realm of thought.
No ignorance and also no ending of ignorance to no old age and death and also no ending of old age and death.
No suffering, and also no source of suffering, no annihilation, no path.
No wisdom, also no attainment.
Having nothing to attain, Bodhisattvas live prajna paramita with no hindrance in the mind.
No hindrance, thus no fear.
Far beyond delusive thinking, they attain complete Nirvana.
All Buddhas past, present and future live prajna paramita and thus attain anuttara samyak sambodhi.

Therefore, know that prajna paramita is the great mantra, the wisdom mantra, the unsurpassed mantra, the supreme mantra, which completely removes all suffering. This is truth, not deception. Therefore set forth the prajna paramita mantra, set forth this mantra and say:

GATÉ GATÉ PARAGATÉ PARASAMGATÉ BODHI SVAHA

[Beyond, beyond, totally beyond, perfectly beyond: Awakening ....Yes!]

I am my mind, my thoughts and my feelings because I am very intellectual!

Constantly. Even when I'm asleep.

Like anything and anyone, I am what I experience and what I do.

So if you didn't do it, you'd be someone else?

Well, yes, of course. Depending on what "it" is, I'd be somewhat to very different from who & what I am now. If "it" stands for everything I do, I would indeed be someone else entirely (or noone) if I weren't doing it, but other things instead (or nothing at all).

Okay, consider this: Based on who or what you think you are, are you mortal or immortal? Who is this "you" person anyway? For that matter, who is this "I" person?

"MrMark" is just an identity, a role, a mental construct with no real substance. It's not who I am. Is it any different for "Mark"?

I'm not going to die. I decided this a few years ago. I'm immortal.

If you don't believe in yourself, would you not exist?

One thing I know is I'm certainly not what the bulliers say at school :)
I think my mind is closer to my matter of existence, because this is what remains distinct and not identical to anyone's. The most unique part. (The body can be modified through surgery, and there are lots of people having the same job/status. Also I occasionally perceive my body as a prison.)
Unfortunately, in the physical world I cannot do some things I could back then (like flying and merging with others to give-receive knowledge and feelings.). Also, I'm forced to do some other, sometimes rather unpleasant things for a mere survival (like working, shopping, cooking, etc.). This feels awkward at times, and that might be the place where my "disorder" originates. A sensitiveness and never getting used to this kind of existence.
I'm new here, so I must ask: Do you feel the same?

There is no "I."

It's just a label we use for convenience's sake.
