Hi, I’m 57, professional career, divorced, two adult children both probably autistic. I’m sitting here with my social anxiety peaked as I chose to go to Ireland solo for my leave and have had such a hard time that I’ve spent most of my holiday alone finishing a novel. I’m searching for help as I am struggling to parent my adult children from half way around the world and I’m struggling with my own issues too. I’d love the chance to join a zoom group for parents of adult children if one exists. Sorry to be so verbose.
