Hey Everybody,

I was just curious if there is any fellow members from northern british columbia. If there is feel free to pm me anytime, well in all reality i hope all of you feel free to pm me. It would be nice to get to know some of you better. Im feeling kinda lonenly at the moment and would enjoy chating with anybody.

The Despration is making me weak. hehe :D I kinda have a wierd sense of humor. I am able to laugh at myself though at times such as this one. My muscles are pretty weak and they seem to be getting worse the less and less i have people to socialize with. Does anybody else seem to have their muscles becoming weaker from a lack of socializing? For me it is mainly my legs that are getting weaker and having a hard time recovering.

Okay i really got sidetracked there and kinda went off in several different directions. i apologize if some of the stuff i posted in this post belongs in a different thread.

I look foward to getting to know everybody better and to make some online friends.

Hi dalhousie12.

Right country, wrong side - I'm from Toronto (I know, booooooo!). Did you go to uni at Dalhousie?
My only visit to BC was around the southwest. My friend was at UVic so we went out to Whistler and explored a bit of Vancouver Island including Tofino (which I'm told has changed alot over the past few years). I bet the north is really beautiful.

I'm from New Brunswick.

Oddly enough, I live near a small town called Dalhousie :)

Hi nice to meet you all.

Hi Quirk, im glad you enjoyed BC. I really enjoy vancouver island as well, it is very beautiful. the north is very beautiful as well, it gets really nice north of Fort Nelson on your way to the yukon.

I did not go to Dalhousie, it was a nickname that came about when playing hockey in college. There use to be a hockey player that played for Calgary Phil Housley, i was not that good at hockey but still enjoyed playing it. Some people started calling me Dal Housley and i liked the nickname at spelled it as Dalhousie because at the time i never made the connection that they were actually bugging me about my hockey talents with the nickname. Im a quick one

How do you like Toronto? and ontario in general. ive been to the toronto international airport on my way to rome for a high school social studies spring break trip.

Hi Katou

How do you enjoy New Brunswick, i never been but would like to some day granted i can save enough money. What are some of the attractions to be seen?

You'll hear mixed thing but personally I love Toronto - you've really got everything here. Lots of culture and fun things to do. I love Ontario too. It may not have the spectacular scenery of BC but the countryside is beautiful. I take every opportunity to go hiking on the Niagra Escarpment and I go canoing in Algonquin Park every summer - it's a very special place.

Love New Brunswick, it's pretty quiet. As for attractions, honestly there aren't too many - other than the Confederation Bridge between NB and PEI, the Fundy Coast is pretty nice to see. Lots of small fishing villages, a few major cities and everything is pretty much within a few hours drive.

I like British Columbia myself, I'm actually planning a Cross-Canada Road trip for the Winter Olympics in 2010.
