I was Diagnosed with AS this year.

I am 26

Life has been really hard and painful; I regret that didn't find out sooner so I could learn to cope earlier.

I never knew there was a name for my "problem"

but after what seemed years of stubborn, rebellious, and just "plain not wanting to go"; I went to a Psychiatrist - this is where i first heard of AS.

I go every week now and have a handful of real close, Christian friends that love my randomness and that makes me happy b/c I can be myself w/o reprecussions.

I'm a Computer Information science Major @ Missouri Southern State University
