I was delighted to discover this website whilst browsing Wikipedia as I am prone to doing during the evenings. I'm sure I will soon become a regular poster!

I'm a devoted music fan but I don't keep my CDs or vinyls in alphabetical order, I keep them in patterns by colour, and orders in which I may listen to them, because I tend to not notice records I haven't listened to in a while when they're alphabetical. I like pencils, but I find it truly frustrating that there's no good really good stockists in my area.

The animated smilies to the text of this text box are somewhat distracting.

Wikipedia is a fine source and I have spent many hours on there along with Flickr. I hope to see you posting here soon.

I'm afraid I don't, good sir. I've never been a huge fan of telephones and the like. I'm always prepared for a chat on MSNM or YIM, or whatever your preferred medium is!

Hello, fellow phonaphobist, and welcome.

I don't file my CDs by colour not alphabet, but sorted they are, according to my own internal rhythm. Not sure if anyone else would be able to recognise a pattern in them, but I notice as soon as one is misfiled.

Another Brit here.
I used to order my CDs and cassettes in order of listening too, and my books would be ordered by topic generally.
I only use googletall these days. Smaller programme.

Phones and doorbells are the first things to get rid of. People use them to talk to me, how rude is that!

Hello Chinapig!

I order my CDs in order of mood. Unfortununately, most of my music I can't listen to when partner is home. Most of partner's music I can't listen to. So we watch TV. She has ADHD which means that she changes the order of everything :evil: ! !! !! !! !! ! And that used to annoy the hell out of me! Still does sometimes... Often...
