Howdy guys, my name is James, I'm an Aspie adult from Australia.

I'm into all computer-related mumbo jumbo, shooting/collecting guns, writing novels, making music, and making others chuckle. I've lived through a majority of the traumatic situations that one may experience as a teenager, having Asperger's or not, such as sexual abuse, physical abuse (which, I'd say would have to be the worst for me), phobias, depression, those jocks at school who really enjoy making stuff awkward for us, etc so I'm hoping I'll be of some help, and not be banned like last time for posting a thread about one of my phobias ><

Sweet! Me too. Well, not directly on the Gold Coast, I'm a bit further up on Bribie Island.

Good to see this site has a few Australians on it

Ah it was on another site.

I made a thread stating that my phobia was a fear of vomiting (emetophobia). The admins at the board weren't exactly the nicest folk, although out there to "help", one female admin reckoned that some people took offence to my post or something, they wouldn't tell me why.

Doesn't bother me, I'm happy to be here. Much better interface too (and nicer people for sure!)

Of course. In my time of living with AS, I've quickly through physical punishment from elders learnt what's appropriate and what's not

I believe in self-service. Think carefully about what you post, and you won't need me to delete it (which I do in rare circumstances). But if spammers or trollers start giving curry, PM me. You know how to PM? If there are spammers or trolls, PM me, or MrMark, or Alex. Mind that I do go to sleep at fairly reasonable hours, I'm not here 24/7.

Ah of course. Rather than meaning it in a way of me trying to get out of trouble, I meant it as in the spammer/troller/offensive person way, I usually am very careful about what I say, and how I say it. Anything bad gets' me punished in reality, as my masters monitor everything that is outbound from this computer.
