Hi. I am Vincent Conner from Annapolis, MD, and I am 14 yrs. old, and am diagnosed with How I found out about this site is through Dad. One of my greatest hobbies is computer programming, especially web pages. I even have my own "hand-written" website written in PHP at www.quitbothering.us . I am also obsessed with the
Mac OS X, and I am using mine to type this post right now.

Because of my Aspergers, I tend to have very few friends (but not none.)
Almost all of my friends are families that have Aspies/Autistic children.

I believe that wrongplanet.net is a good resource for those of us have have Asperger and/or family and friends with Aspergers. I give special thanks to Alex and his friends for creating this resourceful webpage.

Hello Vincent

I hope that you stick around for a while. I agree that this is an excellent community. I'm new to it myself. I've tried other online communities, and found that they weren't for me. On one forum people were just totally mean to each other, and it was suppose to be a depression and bipolar support group. I tried another for persons with nonvisible disabilities that use service dogs (my dog Millie is my psychiatric service dog), and found more of the same. I belong to two other listservs. One is for people that use service dogs in generally for visible or non visible disabilities, and the other site has to do with service dogs for people on the autism spectrum. I asked them both to put me onto their digest version, because I find it very overwhelming to get too much email, and my box was really getting flooded. (For some reason I kept getting multiple copies of identical posts.) I really prefer forums, because I can go to the site to read the posts, and not get overwhelmed. Not to say that I don't love email; I just don't want a couple of hundred a day. Anyway I like this site and hope that you will too.

Ramoth/Debbie

Your website seems okay, if a little heavily reliant on frames and javascript. You have beautiful cats! Mac OSX is indeed pretty nice, ever since they made themselves POSIX compatible, as I am obsessed with POSIX in general myself. (Now Microsoft is the only one left not conforming to the standard.) Enjoy being here, if you like!
