Hi Everyone, recently diagnosed AS as of about a month now. Kind of shocking at first to find out that I've lived my whole life with this, but after looking into it and finding this site, its kind of assuring to see that there are people like me out there.

So a little about me, I'm 24 years old, accountant by day, writer at night. Live in the middle of the Rockies so snowboarding and skiing are also big parts of my life. Very athletic and active in many different sports. I never really realized why I never felt right in team sports or even having friends till hearing the diagnosis and reading up on it. Its sort of weird that everything that made me feel so different growing up actually made me part of a group that has some really interesting, kind, and intelligent people in it.
