I listen to all kinds of things, but I've recently found myself obsessed with progressive rock, and especially Zeuhl.

All types of stuff, mostly prog and new wave lately. Went through a metal phase, still enjoy Black Sabbath, Rush, Voivod, and Tool from time to time.

I'm obsessed with music. I listen to metal, early punk, protopunk, hardcore, garage rock, stoner rock, Delta blues, and some random weird and/or morbid stuff.

i'm obsessive about finding new bands of, well, I would say whatever genre, but if I'm honest its not gonna be metal. at the moment i'm liking bands who have a big, lush, electronic sound and are a bit odd in one way or another. MGMT, Of Montreal, Late of the Pier...

My musical tastes are classical, progressive and "symphonic" rock and Echoes.

Yep, black and thrash for myself mainly. Recently been getting into the early-90's thrash again. Got Sabbat's Dreamweaver the other day (as you can probably tell) and Exodus' Bonded By Blood. Also with my birthday money managed to pick up a couple of Cannibal Corpse albums which I was quite pleased with.

Rock and Metal...all styles of them, I don't really care.

Although recently i've been "drawn towards" alternative punk.

Blues (Chicago style, mostly)
Jazz, esp. fusion
Rush, Blues Traveler, Yes, Zeppelin, Hendrix,
Cranberries, U2
Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald
Megadeth
Pretty much anything but country.
Used to listen heavy to Megadeth, Anthrax, Suicidal Tendencies...

One of my sons has just gotten Guitar Heroes III for the Wii, and there are many good tunes on it. "Pride and Joy" by Stevie Ray Vaughan is one. "Paint It Black" by the Stones is another.

Trance, dance and house music, even though I know next to nothing about the scenes, the artists, or anything else about those genres. I just like what comes out of the speakers.
