Hi,
I have an nine year old with Aspergers. I don't see him having a disability, but as having extra abilities and less BS. By less BS, I mean, he is not as likely as his mom or me to fall for a sob story, or worry as much as we do about our neurotic "taking care" of other people. He has tremendous video gaming talents, and learned to read by playing Animal Crossing and Mario Kart Double Dash. I've helped him post up a lot of racing videos on youtube. He's really good.

I have two sons diagnosed with Aspergers aged 9 and 7. I also have a 4 year old son.

My 9 and 7 year old both post on WP regularly (AussieBoy and UbbyUbbyUbby).

Why don't you let your 9 year old join? He will have a great time.

I have no problems having aspergers myself and quite happy for my children to share traits which has been behind some of the greatest human achievements to date.

Regarding the second question on the poll, I think Thomas Jefferson would probably be the correct answer, as he's been thought of as a possible aspie.
