I just wanted to introduce myself! I live in central Florida, and though I haven't been formally diagnosed with Asperger's, I absolutely meet the criteria. I'm so glad to have found a place where I can meet others who are living with this. I always felt so alone and "weird"; now I know that there are others out there that deal with the same issues that I do. I've been through addiction, depression, suicide attempts.....it's been a wild ride. Now that I'm almost 30, I feel like I might actually have a handle on who I am.

Well anyway...I'm glad to be here!

Yes, this place is indeed good for meeting others like yourself. I have met quite a few people from here and some have turned into good online friends.

Sorry it took so long to reply.

I spin yarn on a spinning wheel. I started doing it about three years ago, and it's been such a great creative outlet. I get a raw fleece, clean, dye and card it, and spin it up into funky yarn.
