Hi. Well let's see...

I'm with a man who I/we suspect has AS. I'm pretty sure I'm on the spectrum myself, but not because he and I are anything alike. We came by this information after having a child diagnosed with autism and seeing many similar traits in ourselves. It certainly explains a lot if that's the case.

Well, I'll leave it at that.

Welcome. If you're feeling unsure about AS you can ask us, describe some traits.

Thank you for the welcome. I just scored 162 AS/ 61 NT on the Aspie Quiz 8O

I think my biggest issue is sensory. I have a lot of issues with the way things feel. I also struggle very much with things/people that don't function correctly or do what they should.

What was perhaps most interesting to me was reading about the difficulty people have socializing, like that they need to have down time afterward. I literally just have to be alone in the quiet after socializing. That is, after I get done bouncing about for a bit. I guess I'm not alone in that.
