Hey there,

I've been about on here a few times but finally decided to join! I'm Josh, 16 (soon to be 17) from North Yorkshire. I was diagnosed..er...very young I think. About 6/7? May have even been earlier, they were on my case straight away!

I was in my first year of college (UK college) until a couple of weeks ago but I've left now and currently I'm doing...not a lot really so you should expect to see me on a lot! I'm looking for a job to tide me over until September where I'm doing a travel and tourism course hopefully.

I'm into football and music basically. I'm a big supporter of York City FC (surely only someone with AS could be mad enough to follow them?!) and follow them over the country for some reason. I'm pretty clued up on all kinds of football though, love talking about it and that. I'm into quite a lot of music, mostly older stuff. Nothing new really appeals to me. Some of my favourite artists are The Fall, Neil Young, Nirvana, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, The Smiths and Bowie. (I could go on). Spent all my Christmas money on touted Neil Young tickets for March, can't wait!

welcome to WP.

Lucky you, getting an early diagnosis. I am the same age as you and was diagnosed at 15. I guess different countries have different medical systems, though.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy posting here. :)
