Hey I'm new here and I cant believe my life is that low in the dumps that I joined a support group I found out I had Asperger's in sixth grade and now I'm a junior in High School getting ready for my senior year and I cant believe its finally starting to affect my social life(or lack of) I had everything going for me I have a chance to Start Varsity next year on my schools American Football team and I was on homecoming court and other stuff was going well but now I don't know I guess I just need help from people who understand what I have.

Howdy Dan

This is a support group? Yikes I had no idea. I was just here having fun and getting to know some people. Ok so maybe it is, but my life wasn't low when I found it. Should I leave? Err wait I think a few here would like that. :wink:

But yeah we can have our ups and downs. Sometimes our coping skills work well and some times they don't. Mostly it's a temporary thing.

Glad you found us. Lots of great people here.

welcome to WP.

If you want to start varsity next year, then you should do it. You have almost 1 full year to sort things out, plenty of time! You only live life once...make the most of it.
