I bet you get sick of reading these! But I thought this was the best place to start, so... I'm new here and just wanted to say hello.

I joined here as I am feeling particularly down at the moment and just wanted to share my thoughts on the boards to see if anyone can offer advice if they've been through similar things themselves.
I don't really know what else to say, but I look forward to getting to know you guys.

hmm. well, if i got sick of reading something i would just stop... so i find that statement rather strange.

any particular reason you are feeling down?

Hello,
Valid points there, why read if you got bored... I dunno I just thought there must be loads of these every week and that I wasn't saying anything interesting in mine and it might be boring and if you read a lot of them it would be very boring indeed. :)
The name - a combination of things such as a nickname, good chocolate and I like the number.
As for feeling down, I have been worrying about a lot of things, some which haven't even happened yet and some which have - anxiety I think is probably a better word. but the stress of this combined with my studies is not promoting my happiness these days.

No...I don't get sick of reading introductions. I like hearing how people perceive themselves, the world around them etc. Psychology is an interest of mine :wink: I hope you feel better soon.

I am at uni studying earth science and geography.

Tequila - I am from the UK - near Manchester as I guess you are too being from Lancs :)
