Hello everyone,

New here. I've been lurking the forum occasionally and thought I would gather the courage to register.

Anyways: not too sure if I really belong here. Haven't been diagnosed with anything other than MDD [major depressive disorder] and Social Anxiety, as I have only started seeking help this year. I am currently looking to pinpoint the reasons for my MDD and SA [since I'm quite sure neither spontaneously occurred for me] and am trying to decipher whether my issues are caused by neurological causes, environmental reasons or a mixture of both.
