welcome.I still have problems having more then one friend...devided loyalties and complexities of "group dynamics"...(and I am 43).On the up-side,I am very devoted and never cheat on BF.He has my full attention and only competes with what-ever my "interest de jour is".On the down-side...it can be confusing when you hit your teens and groupps become more important then "best friends".The older you get,the more complex these relationships seem to become...jelousy,hidden compititions, back biting,gossip...it gets over whelming when you dont speak the language.

Whats wrong with having just one very good friend?(I had no more then 2 at a time in my life.)the problem is that the other person has a need to be part of a group and isn't always going to be available.

OK,lol, sorry for the ramble. What specifically does he have a problem with? One of the problems I had when I tried to have more then two friends was that I would forget if I had told something to this person or the other person and probably repeated myself a lot...that maybe more my memory problems then AS?The other problem was when each person would get jelous of the others attention from me...I didn't know what to do and didn't want to hurt either person.I never was good at juggeling.

Hi Kimmie

welcome to WP.

I also used to [and still do] have trouble with having more than one friend at a time. When I was at primary school I had 3 girls that I used to talk to at breaks. They were all competing for my attention and becoming jelous if I talked to one more than the other one day etc. In the end I just avoided all of them. I think now, that having one good friend is enough.
