Hello! I've just arrived.

I've always felt there was something different with me, but never known exactly what. Until very recently, I had never heard of the word "Asperger". When I found about AS and neurodiversity, suddenly many things in my life started to make sense. Of course, I'm still not sure if I have it or not. I sure have a lot of Asperger traits, but I can function just fine, almost like a normal person. I can't see the benefits of getting a diagnose. Maybe, people that got their diagnose as an adult can tell me if something good came with it.

Anyway, I'm glad I've finally found this place, with so many people who are like me and yet everyone here is different.

Though that episode is now my all time favourite. The themes in it are beyond lauding.

It was sad, but joyful. And the theme of "life is too short" was put over very well. I was scared of what the series finale was going to be, and I was joyously surprised by how powerful and fulfilling it was. I have read plenty of reviews the canned it, but I absolutely loved it. What did you think of the season finale?

Of course, my previous favourite episode featured a similar plot twist. Being "Window of Opportunity" from season 4!! The 100 million light year golf drive was priceless! :)

anyhow...

Because they had to end the series in a little bit of a rush, I thought the ending wouldn't be very good. But it didn't disappoint me at all. I really liked it. I read that, originally, the idea was that they only spent a few years in the ship, but then they turned this into 50 years. I think this was great, much more dramatic, with Teal'c sacrifice and all.

Of course, Window of Opportunity is one of my favourites too. "In the middle of my backswing!!" That was hilarious.
