Hello! A little nervous... A little overwhelmed by the magnitude of this site!

I am going through the process of realizing I might have Asperger's. Even if I don't, I certainly have some of the qualities...

Can anyone direct me towards resources/advice on how to deal with the anxiety that comes from having my routine disrupted? Is there a thread on this in one of the forums?

I am so happy to have found this site! You probably know firsthand what a revelation this is...

Oblio, love your avatar! I adopted the one-eyed happy face as my thing in junior high; many people who know me still identify them with me. Never seen a triangular one before.
