Hello Forum, Just arrived here after a very long journey. If only the web was about over 25 years ago, my teenage years would have been better. It's only as an early fortysomething that I can finally make sense of it all. Back in the early 80's, A.S was not really discussed.

Quite a lot of us just recently discovered why we've been 'different' all our lives. I'm 50.

Sounds a lot like my story and quite a few others here. hope you start to feel as good as I do now that I know what has been going on.

ditto, welcome Harrypalmer, I guess the past is the past... but the more I discover the more flash backs I have of how maybe it should of been. Still at least we have found out and as a parent also of children on the spectrum the strength of the aspie community gives me so much hope for the future.
