Hi,
I've been away a while, which was probably a good thing.
I have been throwing myself into hobbies , working out, and taking better care of my health (including cutting down on my alcohol intake) I am also on some good happy pills that seem to be working for me 
(it took a while to find the right drug and dose. 
), and finding better ways to deal with stress, which includes setting some boundaries.
So, just in case anyone thought I'd fallen off the twig, I'm still around, just taking it easy.

remember doesn't matter how long your away, your aspie/autie community will always be there for you we all need space and time through out our lives, I hope you have found a better space, the alcohol intake I have been down the excessive path in the past... so if in need please pm me.
