I started as a new member here a couple months ago and about that same time I started seeing one of the aspergers specialists in my area. I received a diagnosis last week and asked him, this week, if he was sure. He said that he was certain.

I am actually happy about the diagnosis. Card carrying club memeber. 8)

It ain't that great. I've been a member for awhile and still haven't seen a single membership benifit.

But seriously, congratulations, comrade!

I've had an Amex for years and haven't seen one benefit either. Maybe we need to make this a secret society with special handshakes to make it more worthwhile.

Hi Mixtli and congratulations on your diagnosis. I say that since it sounds like you are happy with it. I felt relieved and happy when I was diagnosed with Asperger's. It explained so many things to me in regards to why I have always acted the way I do. Enjoy your time here on the wrongplanet as a diagnosed Aspie.
