NWern quadrant, a small town named Columbia Falls, in Flathead county, if you don't know look it up. I just called it "redneck Montana" because apparently I found out from one of my history professors that a large contingent of migrants from the Reconstruction south live here. Also, people either act like any liberal behavior is evil. Too may fundamentalist Christians who homeschool their children. Also heard some rhetoric that sounds much like militia speak.
Did I mention, two famous white supremacist singers, Lamb and Lynx Gaede, live just 14 miles from me.
Too much snow, temps in the minuses.
Flathead Valley has all of 86,000 people in it. I live in the northeastern section of the valley, near the canyon leading to Glacier National Park.
It is beautiful, yes, but it is not a very good area, if you want to have a good paying jay-oh-bee. The local aluminum plant just shut down and the local lumber mill just laid off 200 people.
But luckily, come August, the location "redneck Montana" will become "Boise, Idaho"
